James runs DisneyWorldOrlandoFlorida.com and writes most of what is on it.
He has visited multiple Disney parks over multiple years, Walt Disney World among them, and keeps going back. That is the honest description of the experience here: a repeat visitor and a fan, not a former cast member and not a travel agent. Where a guide on this site draws on having actually stood in a queue or eaten a bad lunch, it says so. Where it does not, it sticks to what can be checked against Disney’s own listings.
The thing this site has that others do not is its own measurements. James built the collector that records the posted wait for every tracked ride at all four parks, every 30 minutes, and stores it. The averages on our live wait times, best time to ride and crowd calendar pages come from that dataset rather than from anybody else’s.
The same applies to the park hours pages, which read Disney’s published schedule directly rather than repeating a figure someone typed out last year.
Every guide carries a published and an updated date. Prices and dates are checked against Disney’s own pages before publishing, and the source is cited where it matters. If something here is wrong, tell us and it gets fixed with a note saying what changed. The full method is set out in our editorial standards.
This is an independent, unofficial guide. It has no commercial relationship with The Walt Disney Company.
