Bluey’s Wild World opened at Disney’s Animal Kingdom on 26 May 2026. It’s a free, included-with-park-admission experience at Conservation Station, the area Disney previously called Rafiki’s Planet Watch. If you have kids who watch Bluey (and most do), this is the most kid-targeted addition to Animal Kingdom in years.

How you get in has changed since it opened. Disney now publishes set operating hours for it and lists no virtual queue, so check the My Disney Experience app on the day before you build a morning around it.

Here’s everything you need to know.

What it is

An interactive group experience at Conservation Station themed around the Bluey TV show, combined with the existing animal care and education exhibits at Conservation Station.

Disney runs it as a group session of games, music and dancing rather than a walk-through you move past at your own pace, and Bluey and Bingo play to the whole room. Activities include:

  • Keepy Uppy (the balloon-keeping game from the show)
  • Magic Asparagus
  • Games, music and dancing with Bluey and Bingo

Throughout, you’ll hear “Wackadoo!” and other Bluey-isms.

Animal Kingdom’s existing exhibits at Conservation Station

The Bluey experience runs alongside the original Conservation Station exhibits, which are also included:

  • Veterinary Treatment Room (you can sometimes watch procedures in progress)
  • Animal Nutrition Window (see how meals are prepared for park animals)
  • Amphibian, Reptile and Invertebrate Windows (frogs, lizards, smaller species)
  • Science Center (active research display)

Jumping Junction: kangaroos and wallabies

Disney added a new shared habitat called Jumping Junction with the launch. It’s a real connection to Bluey’s Australian setting. Live kangaroos and wallabies.

How to get in

Disney publishes set operating hours: 9.15am to 12.30pm, then 1.30pm to 4.30pm. Its attraction page lists no virtual queue and no standby line, so the 7am and 10am app joining windows this opened with in May 2026 are no longer part of how Disney describes it.

Access arrangements for a new attraction move around, and the app is the only thing that reflects the day you are actually there. Check My Disney Experience on the morning of your visit rather than planning a 7am alarm around what was true at opening.

Hours and access checked against Disney’s own attraction page on 15 September 2026.

How to get to Conservation Station

Conservation Station is its own area of the park, reached from Africa. The only way to get there is via the Wildlife Express Train, which departs from Africa near the Kilimanjaro Safaris entrance.

The train ride takes about 7 minutes each way, according to Disney. Total round trip including the experience: budget 60 to 90 minutes.

What ages is it for?

The Bluey TV show is targeted at preschoolers (ages 2 to 5). Bluey’s Wild World leans the same way. Older kids will enjoy it but may find it short. Teens and adults without young kids: probably skip.

Cost

Free with park admission. There’s no upcharge, no Lightning Lane, no premium tier.

Tips

  • Go in the morning session if you can. Conservation Station is a train ride from the rest of the park, so it is easier to fit in before the afternoon heat.
  • Pair this with Kilimanjaro Safaris early in the day. The safari is at the same end of the park as the Wildlife Express.
  • Bring a stroller for kids under 5. The walk to and from the train station is longer than it looks.
  • Do not plan on a character meet. Disney says the experience includes no autographs, no individual character greetings and no individual photos, so it is a group session rather than a photo opportunity.
  • Eat before you go. Conservation Station has limited food options.
